Welcome to Ink-Stained Compass! My name is Caitlin Gemmell, and I am a published poet and a writer of magical stories and novels.

I am also the founder of #enchantedsimplicity on Instagram, which is a place for sharing content that has to do with finding the magic in the simple, everyday things.

Here on Substack, I write two newsletters — this one (Ink-Stained Compass) and Wild Rose Witchery, which is where I share tips and resources for healing the divine feminine.

Ink-Stained Compass is released weekly and is where I share news relating to my poetry, seasonal & magical living ideas and reflections, personal journal style entries, and poems.

My Ink-Stained Compass newsletters are usually published on a Sunday, but once per month I uplift another creator on a Monday in what I call Muse Monday. You can read those posts here. And if you are a creator who’d like to be featured, send me an email at caitlingemmell@substack.com

This post right here is a good place to start to know what my purpose is in writing this newsletter. I wrote it when I changed the name of my newsletter, to explain what the change meant.
