Thank you Cinders and Congratulations on the poems published. Two magic moments I wanted to tell you about. 2 days ago I was watering my wife's flowers in the back yard after dinner. A pretty little hummingbird zoomed in and hovered right in front of me. It would have been easy to reach out and touch her but she just looked at me for a bit, landed at my feet and drank from a small puddle of water even though we have 3 bird baths in the yard. When it took off, it again hovered about chest height, looked at me as if to say Thanks and zoomed away. The very next morning before daylight, I was watering my fruit trees and the largest and brightest shooting star I've ever seen shot across the sky West to East. Both experiences gave me the warmest and most peaceful feeling. As if nature and the universe were saying hello and that I was acknowledged.
