I’ve done one or two craft shows before when I solely did handmade jewelry but I was such a nervous wreck. Lol. Now that I have a better handle on my anxiety, I’d like to try again and you know, be more present. 😊
Thank you Cinders, I really enjoyed and appreciated the reminder to take a few minutes to contemplate the lump of clay and blank page of 2025. Thinking about Enchanted Simplicity and the many things I've learned from you, particularly at this point in my life, maybe for me it's ok to leave the clay unmolded and the page blank. The clay will decide for itself what it morphs into or what the universe has already decided. The page will conspire with the pen to reveal the words hidden there and share its story as time goes on. Words written without any input from me. The adventure is traveling through the page and seeing where the story leads. The funny part for me is that looking back at 2024, I never could have imagined the surprises hidden on that page.
Loved your poem, as I read over a few times, I could envision strolling through the woods with the cold blustery weather and the feeling of ending and beginning of a new cycle. The leaf blown free allows space for the new bud just under the surface to be. Love your writing immensely. Here's to all the best things that this universe has in store for you .
Okay, I can’t wait for your new book! It sounds like a bestseller to me. 🤗🤍
I’m hoping to find ways to embrace my sensitivity and use it as a strength to maybe take my poetry and art to craft shows!
Thanks Kayla! That’s so kind of you. I really hope you do take your poetry and art to craft shows. That sounds like a wonderful experience.

Hi
Is Betsy Ray the series of a young girl who grows up with best friends Tacy and Tib
And she marries Joe Willard?
I am glad to meet you, if so.
If not, never mind
Wish you well, however.
Hi Theresa! That’s the one. I’m so glad to connect with another person who loves this series. It’s been one of my favorites since childhood. 😊
Hi Caitlin
Glad to meet you too. I loved the Betsy series and am glad to find another who loves it too.
I think I read them all but I didn't read Betsy's Wedding until I was an adult and the love of my life bought it for me.
Hope we can be good substack friends. Certainly a happy beginning 💚
